Additional Consideration

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be received in writing (via email to ) in advance of the training date. The following cancellation charges will be applied:

  • 30+ days prior to training date: Full refund
  • 15-29 days prior to training date: 50% refund less a $75 administrative fee
  • Less that 15 days prior to training date: No refund
  • Failure to attend: No refund


TRAINING CANCELLATION:

In the event Kelley Ashby Consulting, LLC must cancel the training due to unforeseen circumstances, Kelley Ashby Consulting, LLC will refund the cost of registration. However, Kelley Ashby Consulting, LLC does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses to include charges made for travel and lodging.


SUBSTITUTION REQUEST:

If you are unable to attend the training, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at an additional cost of $100 per person for administering an additional assessment. All substitution requests must be received via email at least 10 business days before the training date with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates. Send these details to kelley@kelleyashbyconsulting.com. Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation.
